Work of Group Management
The CEO of ITAB is appointed by the Board of Directors to be responsible for the management of the Company’s daily operations in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act and the framework established by the Board.
The President & CEO’s work and role as well as the division of responsibility between Board of Directors and the President & CEO are to be based on the written instructions to the President & CEO adopted by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is to continuously evaluate the President & CEO’s work. In consultation with the Chairman of the Board, the President & CEO is to prepare the necessary information and supporting data for board meetings, and normally reports on various matters. The President & CEO is to lead the work of Group management and make decisions in consultation with the other members of management. Group management is to conduct operational reviews on a regular basis under the management of the President & CEO.
The Group management comprises the President & CEO Andréas Elgaard, CFO Ulrika Bergmo Sköld, Senior Vice President – MBU South Europe Glauco Frascaroli, Senior Vice President – MBU North Europe Roy French, Senior Vice President – Group Strategy & Transformation and SBU Retail Technology Nick Hughes, General Counsel Frida Karlsson, Senior Vice President – People & Culture Pernilla Lorentzon and Senior Vice President – MBU Central Europe Klaus Schmid.
