ITAB publishes prospectus relating to the rights issue

ITAB Shop Concept AB (publ) (“ITAB” or the “Company”) announced on 9 February 2021 that the Board of Directors had, with authorisation from the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15 January 2021, resolved on a rights issue of approximately SEK 768 million (the “Rights Issue“). Today, ITBA announces that the prospectus relating to the rights issue has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is available in Swedish on the Company’s website, https://itabgroup.com/en/investors/rights-issue-2021/, together with other information related to the rights issue. The prospectus will be made available at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website, www.fi.se.
