<p><strong>The Annual General Meeting 2026 in ITAB Shop Concept AB (publ) will be held on 6 May 2026 at ITAB Shop Concept AB, Instrumentvägen 2, Jönköping, Sweden. Shareholders who wish to have a matter addressed at the Annual General Meeting should do so by sending an e-mail to ir@itab.com no later than 18 March 2026, or in any case in such time that the matter can be included in the notice for the Annual General Meeting.</strong></p>
