Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is the company's highest decision-making forum and the forum where shareholders' right to decide on the company's affairs is exercised. The Annual General Meeting convenes once a year to determine, among other things, the annual report and consolidated accounts, grant discharge to the Board of Directors and the CEO and to decide on the disposal of the results for the current year. The meeting also elects board and, where required, auditors.

All shareholders who are directly registered in the share register and who have notified their participation in time may participate in the meeting and vote for all their shares. Shareholders who can not attend themselves can be represented via a representative.
